You are not you. You are a culmination of memories, experiences and circumstances. Not just your own but those that came before you too.

The face we keep to ourselves, the one we show our loved ones, the one we show the world; it's all a balance as we move through this life. It's our now, our present and our past, an amalgamation of successes and failures that have led to our own existence and fight to exist. Watercolors bleeding into each other show the taint of previous life mingling with ours and how we can't escape where we come from but can choose to improve on it or be the disappointment.
